 Whats Next? …The TOC in Florida February 15/16/17, 2008     

We have qualified for the TOC three times 1) By winning the SPN Canadian Nationals 2) Winning the Can-Am Nationals in Seattle and 3) Winning the Winter Worlds in Vegas. We are confirmed for Florida and have 15 players comitted too it.

 We may also play the Palm Springs tournament again in March at the Field of Dreams and are thinking about playing the Qualifier in Hawaii in May.

November 19, 2007 SSUSA Winter World Championships, Las Vegas. After being finalists in the World Championships during play in Phoenix earlier this year the club got moved up to Major and aquited itself well by winning the MAJOR DIVISION of the Winter Worlds. The club lost the first of the Round Robin games to Oregon Masters then went onto go undefeated the rest of the way marauding East Bay from CA in the finals 21-13. This is the clubs 2nd win in the Winter Worlds after taking the Championship title in the Gold Division on a wet and cold day in November of 2004.

October 29, 2007 SSUSA Worlds, Phoenix, AZ …FINALISTS -Enviro-Vac looses in the finals to Texas. Twenty nine strong teams in the high scoring AAA division, most of whom with some luck could have been in the finals.

October 19, 2007 HUNTSMAN WORLDS, St. George, Utah -playing in the top division against mostly major and major plus teams the Enviro-vac team finds they are in tough but make a decent showing loosing to major plus BRL Academy Sports by 2 runs and then to Hootys to take 4th. 

September 17, 2007 -  CAN-AM NW NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS, Seattle, WA -Enviro-Vac Marauder 50s win the Can-Am Nationals in Seattle and on the weekend also win the SPN 55 Comp. Provincials / BC Senior Games this past weekend in Nanaimo, BC. The Marauder 60s also won the 60 division. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> 
Both Enviro-Vac teams win the SPN and NSA Provincials in 2007 …on the same weekends - 40 Competitive and 50 Competitive.

The Enviro-Vac teams pull off another double win in Nanaimo, BC. Enviro-Vac 40s win the NSA 40 competitive and Enviro-Vac 50s win the NSA 40 Rec.

The Enviro-Vac teams pull off a double win in Whistler, BC. Enviro-Vac 40s win the SPN 40 competitive and Enviro-Vac 50s win the SPN 50 competitive.

August 7, 2007 Bolivar Softball Complex, Surrey, BC
Enviro-Vac Marauder 50s won the 50 Competitive, SPN Canadian Nationals on Monday after 4-days of play that started on Friday, August 3rd. 
 
The Competitive level is the highest level of Senior Softball in Canada. Enviro-Vac needed to play the IF game after loosing the first game of the double KO to the Burnaby Barons. Enviro-Vac’s Short Stop, Reggie Bonn received tournament MVP. The win at the Nationals will give the team a berth to the SSUSA Tournament of Champions in Florida, February 15/16/17, 2008. The berth to the TOC is part of an agreement between SPN and Senior Softball USA to promote senior softball for the Masters & Senior program in North America.
